Very good the lock! It takes a little bit of work to install, because my door is made of metal, so it is narrower, but I made an adaptation with acrylic with the mold going around the lock to make a thicken. arrived in 3 days and no tax sent from the Brazil deposit. An observation, it opens by the app via internet, but the user has to type 9 # to ask for a authorization, because it hibernates and does not stay all the time connected on the Internet to save battery
The manual is not very good. Has a voice in Portuguese. It was easy to install, just need to have correct tools. As I didn't have it, it took me 3H to assemble and adjust everything.
Extremely fast delivery: Took 1 week race to the metropolitan region of Salvador-Bahia-Brazil.
I still couldn't unlock the door by the Tuya and/or Alexa app
Very top, I liked it a lot. I took an ass to install, the more I managed. Satisfied!
